Spring tune up includes:  Oil change, new  spark plug,  new  air filter, check and adjust carburetor, adjust valves (if applicable), sharpen  and balance blades, scrape mower deck, level mower deck, check and adjust belts, lubricate and adjust control cables and linkages, check spindles and idler pulleys, safety and operational check.
